Our ordering process:
Place your weekly order by midday on Monday
Wednesday: we lovingly pack your pasture pure chicken & eggs
Thursday: our team sends you your final invoice & asks you to make your delivery payment
Friday: your order is hand-delivered by Bev or Josh, direct to your door
Please note: orders can be made on any day of the week, with delivery date depending on our packing process (in other words, depending on when you place your order, your chicken and eggs will be delivered this Friday, or the next!)
Recipe of the Month
Our chicken kebabs, dressed and ready! Aren’t they pretty?
The rosemary skewers and herby marinade were awesome (thanks @jamieoliver for the aromatic guidance!)
Simple directions: in a pestle and mortar smash some
- fresh rosemary
- a bay leaf
into a herby paste.
Add olive oil and salt, rub kebab ingredients with it, marinate overnight or wait 10 minutes and pop them on the braai.
𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭, 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩 ‘𝘢𝘸𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘣 𝘬𝘦𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘴 𝘫𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘦 𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳’ 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘣𝘦.
PRO TIP: On the braai, we found they needed a little extra olive oil to be brushed on while they’re cooking, which prevents the herbs burning. Absolutely splendid flavours!
